Tina and crew didn't disappoint! Best Gizzards in the Mitten! It's been over 40 years since Dad and shared some gizzard and coleslaw until today! Food was amazing, staff even better. Speedy with a smile. We will be back many times! Thank you for tasting just like 1978!!!!!!!

I stopped and bought lunch at Lee's store on Riverview drive-in Kalamazoo and was given the wrong order. I did not know this until I got home and I immediately called and spoke to Tina. I returned to the store to be compensated for the meal and I was told that Tina was in the bathroom. Tina had taken my name when I talked to her and I gave that to them. I was in the drive-through burning up gas and it didn't seem to matter to them. Your customer service is horrible and I will never stop at this place again. The lady who waited on me today I was told was new and she made a mistake.. I didn't have an issue with that. What I didn't like was a p*** poor treatment that I got. This store is in a predominant black neighborhood and maybe that's why they felt that they could give less than stellar customer service. I never want to go to this store again. Do Better!

The staff at the Riverview location is excellent. Very professional with great customer service. My favorite location!
