I'm reviewing Mad Chicken on my first visit and so far I think it's pretty good. I ordered the Mad Fire combo and so far it's a pretty good sandwich given it's use of mild cheddar and grilled onions. My pet peeve so far is that the sandwich itself doesn't have a distinct seasoning that can set itself apart, the Mad Fire sauce isn't as spicy as I hoped it would.
Otherwise, it's great the fried products are cook to order because it's easily the best way to have any fried foods. To make the price of the meal worthwhile, I recommend coming up with a seasoning that would compliment the chicken. Otherwise, I do intend to eat here again given the quality of the food is really good and that someone recommended the chicken mac and cheese bowl.

Honest review! First time trying this place. I remember seeing it on Washington then moved to bay Park and this place blew me away!! Their chicken was delicious!! Wife got the Mad fries and wow you do get more than what you paid! I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Wow what a kick and delicious! Couldn't help but keep eating it. In my opinion this place is better than chik fil a and I've had it down south! Definitely be going back!

The girl at the front desk was actually really nice and carrying I didn’t have to ask for sauce she asked me if I wanted any sauce which was so helpful she definitely deserves the best

I do not see what people are so excited for. Service was ok but I don't expect much for a Mall Food Store. The chicken itself was incredibly bland, almost flavorless. Anyone can deep fry food. I got the basic Mad Sandwich and it was just four chicken tenders with a slice of cheddar cheese and "Mad Sauce" which tasted like Miracle Whip and Ketchup. It was $12 for just the sandwich and it was plain. I ate a few bites and threw it in the trash.
