Man, this place is pretty great. My wife and I randomly stumbled upon it and took the busy lobby as a good sign. They were still fast and kind. Plain and simple, this is the best burger I’ve ever had. It was perfect. I got the Viking 62 medium and it was just really good. Super simple, and just done well. The beef was incredible, very high quality, stuff you only get local and treated right, and genuinely cooked to perfection, better than I’ve ever been able to cook for myself. Sauce and cheese was really great and not overwhelming as stated by someone else in this thread, it let the meat shine. And the fries are super great! Everything was simple and just right. My wife got a pulled pork sandwich that blew my mind. It was sweet and hearty and with nice crunchy slaw, I could have eaten 4 of them and they were huge. Highly recommend. Going back to continue tasting. A little bizarre and pretty special.
