As a long time customer of Marcos, I am not happy with their policy of no cash delivery to hotels. I’ve always paid cash with never a problem, and do not ever give out my debit/credit card number over the phone. The person on the phone told me that is their policy. Said he’s been there a month and it’s been that way since he’s been there. I ordered as recently as 2 weeks ago; no problem with cash. I like their food but other restaurants have good food also. Congrats Marcos, you lost a loyal customer.

So a couple weeks back I placed an order after work for delivery with no mushrooms got my order and covered in mushrooms. I was told since it was so close to them closing they could not send a replacement order out and she offered to apply a credit. The credit amount was less than what my order was and I refuse to pay another delivery fee since I paid for an order with no mushrooms this was a mistake on you guys part it should not be my responsibility to meet any requirements for this order. I usually do not complain if my order is messed up but I can not eat mushrooms. Do that night I ended up having to pay to order from another pizza place and thank god they were able to get my order correct
