The best Mexican food I've had. In a sea of oversalted and cookie cutter Mexican restaurants that make you want to chug your glass of water after every bite, Maudy's stands out in its delivery of delicious dishes that are balanced in both flavor and seasoning with accompanying sauces that are not only delicious in their own right but enhance the dish itself. The mother/son duo puts out food that has that extra touch of care that elevates it that much more.

I had the chicken bowl and it was absolutely awesome. I met Maudy nearly 2 years ago, and she smiled and remembered me .I believe Maudy is from Guatemala and she represents her country well. This truly is an authentic restaurant in a prime location in Georgetown. g

Nice little place. Had the steak bowl with black beans. Really good! Ate the whole thing and I rarely do that. Service was good and friendly as well.
