Getting better not messing up orders.

Worst experience ever at a McDonald’s. We waited at the counter for about 15 mins before asking for someone to take our order. We dined in, it took a while to receive our food but that’s understandable. However when waiting for our food an elder gentleman was waiting and yelled out if he could order ice cream because nobody had addressed him yet. I received my food from a male manager and I asked him if he was a manager, he stated yes but then I went to explain that it’s just horrible service and the man next to me still needed help after he announced he needed help and nobody addressed him, the manager then walked away stating they are short staffed. This isn’t okay for a manager to state, regardless of their staffing issue. I explained I understand but someone needs to be checking on the front as this gentleman STILL had not received help. The manager was very rude, didn’t care and totally not manager material. I then told him no, no excuses someone needs to help this man. The manager got attitude. Another family then proclaimed how poor this establishment is being ran as well. Will not return & hope a real manager gets put in charge here.
