The burgers were raw in the middle

Best drive-through experience I can remember. It was busy, but the guys at the window asked and double checked to make sure my order had ALL the correct items in the bag. It would have been really easy for them to send me and the person behind me down the road with mixed up orders. Many drive through workers would've done just that, but these guys took the trouble to make sure all was correct.

Love this McDonald's, especially Randy who always takes my order. He is a gentleman, is a positive person, and always brightens my day. Too many negative reviews coming from First World Complainers. Sometimes the fries are not hot, yes. Happens everywhere. Sometimes there is a long line, happens everywhere. Sometimes the staff seem like they are stressed or having a bad day, happens everywhere. Food service workers work their butt off for us who just drive through and pick up. Often for not enough money! I haven't encountered anyone rude that worked there and when I am kind and patient, I notice I get positivity in return. P.S. I'll keep going back more often mainly for Randy though. P.P.S. Is he single? Asking for a friend.

New store was clean and modern. Self serve kiosk was appreciated. No complaints about the food

At the Deforest, WI McDonald's today after work..we pulled up and asked for a second the guy said ok..then came on and said he needed a minute...(there were no customers ahead or behind us) he made us wait 5 minutes then as we are ordering he kept questioning what we said then began randomly pushing buttons on things we did not say..all the while you can hear the crew in the background laughing Our order was simple 3 McDoubles 2 medium fries a large coke and a water. Upon writing this review we see this McDonald's Store only has 2.5 stars. If I were the owner I would start to take these reviews seriously. There are plenty of other choices nearby..where the employees do not disrespect you and laugh about these silly games like everything is one big joke..I guess that is what happens when you hire children. Needless to say we left and went to Wendy's
