We’ve got food here twice and it’s been delicious! Better than more popular hibachi restaurants. We even door dashed it and it will still fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

I’m not a long term Jay’s House customer but the few times I’ve ordered, I’ve LOVED the food! However, today was the worst eating experience I’ve ever had. I think there’s been a change? Like a rebrand maybe? but my usual order was different. I came home expecting my usual delicious order but when I opened the bag, the portions were 10 times smaller and the food tasted terrible. To be completely honest, it tasted like frozen food but worse. Not to mention that as I write this review, my stomach feels disgusting and I feel nauseous. Total L today.
