My husband and I went to Monks for dinner last night, he had a craving for wings and Monks was well rated and close by. Despite a sign at the front asking for patience due to short staff, our server, Kasey, was extremely prompt and anticipated our every need. We started with some of their smoked wings and they were the best we’ve had in a long while! They came out with the sauces on the side (we requested 3 sauces). The wings are so good they don’t even need sauce… that was until with tried the sauces! I would put their garlic parmesan sauce on just about everything 😂.
I ordered the special with was a BLT shrimp wrap and my husband ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. Mine was delicious, I hope they make it a regular addition to the menu. My husband missed on the description that his had blue cheese in it (totally his fault) he asked Kasey if they’d be able to make him another one, we’d happily pay for it as it was his mistake. She asked if there was another cheese he’d prefer as a substitute and he went with pepper jack. He barely had a chance to steal a few of my chips before the new wrap was brought to the table.
We were so impressed with the speed and the quality of the food. The staff were great. The manager removed the original wrap from our bill which was completely unnecessary but appreciated.
We will definitely be back, highly recommend if your looking for a good meal in Sun Prairie.

Super accommodating. I was visiting my children and grandchildren and we went here for dinner. 6 adults 7 small children. They waitress was great. Very patient and super helpful. The food was really good. Overall great experience!

I can't say enough about the restaurant. Very good food and the prices are good. Friendly people and the atmosphere is nice. (The purple monkey drink is the best)

Awesome food, you can see your food being prepared and variety of choices. Too bad they are closing for good soon. Closest location will be in Wisconsin Dells, about 45 miles away. Will definitely miss it.

Food was excellent, I got chicken tenders basket and homemade chips. My husband got chicken chef salad, and we shared cheese curds. Waitress was friendly, efficient and the food was amazing!
