Great dining experience overall. Ralph was a great host and kept conversation while we waited approximately 40 minutes past our reservation time. The "full metal" cocktail was a bit sweet and the gin based had a little bit too much lemon. After asking for the lemon to be reduced a bit the drink came back the same as the first. The table was sticky, there were a few things they had run out of but they Emily was able to make a simple accommodation easily enough. The lamb ragout was amazing, highly recommended. The lamb shank was very good but the accompanying sausage was cold in the center. After asking the second lamb sausage also came cold in the center. We removed them center's and left them, unsure on how this was supposed to turn out. Overall I liked the experience and would go back. For 50 dollars per plate and a reservation I had expected a bit more of a seamless experience, also when you are wondering whether or not something was done right it doesn't bode well for a meal that's that expensive.

Delicious! Everything was so scrumptious and each dish felt special. Who knew venison would be so tender or that shaved ham in a biscuit could be so perfect. The vibe is just pure casual classiness. We sat on the outdoor patio, which felt like a secret garden but with plenty of space for tables to be spread out. Our server, Jackie, was so attentive and friendly. She didn't rush us (we sat for 2 hours eating, drinking , and catching up with an old friend) and was at the ready when our drinks got low. Speaking of drinks, definitely order a "covered bridges" ... Or two.

Started with some cocktails (the one pictured is mezcal and grapefruit) which were quite good. The smoked pork belly appetizer is really good. We also had the mushroom fricassee which honestly was just OK. I had the smoked & braised short rib with house made bacon which was delicious. Like I'm still thinking about it delicious. My wife had the smoked lamb ragout which she also loved. We finished with the caramel apple goat cheese cheesecake. Would definitely return, and recommend to anyone.
