I was trying to order by phone, I don’t know the names of the plates, and I was trying to describe what I wanted, she couldn’t understand what I was ordering, because they were laughing behind I assumed they were laughing at me, because I was having a hard time trying to explain what I wanted. I ask to talk to the manager because I found that pretty disrespectful, laughing at the phone and talking behind while taking an order with a customer on the phone, and turns out that the manager was the one taking the order and laughing at me, 2 people more take the phone because the “manager” couldn’t handle herself, control herself, or handle the situation so she just passed the phone. I’ve work on customer service, and that behavior from a “manager” tells a lot, if she is the head of the place I can’t imagine how is the rest.

very bad service, how is it possible that the person in charge of this place tells me that I have a limited time to consume my food….. I will not come back and I do not recommend this place.
