This is not my first visit to one of these chain restaurants. My impression about this one is that the servers are just rushing you. I was asked for three different waiters what I wanted even though I told them I needed some time to think about. Considering that the food is the same in all restaurants, to make a difference you need to offer a good service. This particular branch is falling apart in that department. Dinner is not only food it is a whole experience. Some training is necessary to take this place farther up in the chains ranking. As for now it is within the bottom half. I will be back in 2-3 months and reconsider this review.

Such an awesome place! Every time my family and I are in New Jersey we love going to eat here. The food never disappoints. The employees are always friendly and fast. We love Colombian food and we’ve tried other Colombian restaurants but nothing compares to Noches de Colombia. We wish they would open on in Orlando. Aside from that, I would give this place a 10 star if I could.
