Rick and Dara are amazing. This place is amazing. If I was full time in Vt I would apply to work here in a second.
Incredible vegan food. They make their own DELICIOUS vegan cheese- none of that potato starch / soy-based junk.
This was such a treat to discover this place today and be taken care of and checked in on by the owners themselves.
As a native Vermonter, I am so proud of our amazing food and restaurant scene and this is by far, BY FAR one of, if not the best, I’ve been to 💛🌻

I highly recommend this restaurant for both vegan and non vegan customers! The food is delicious! Took my mom there for a belated birthday and Mother's Day dinner! She is not vegan or vegetarian but she loved everything just the same! They made being handicap accessible a priority! I really appreciate that! Please check them out I know you won't be disappointed! They were definitely worth the hour and a half it took me to drive there !

Absolutely love this place. The only problem I have with it is not being able to decide what I want because there are so many options! Everything is delicious. Their cheeses are incredible. It’s hard to believe it’s all vegan. The cheese even has the texture and consistency of real cheese. Never a disappointment.

My wife and I traveled nearly 2 hours to visit Nourish. Once we explored the large array of items we couldn't help but to buy A LOT. We wanted one of everything but that didn't seem practical so we got a nice variety of items to try out. The artisan cheeses are easily the best vegan versions that we have ever tried. We enjoyed everything so much that we offered to try and push some of their items at our local co-op. We will absolutely be back, likely sooner than later. Thanks Rick!

A stellar dining experience from the so delicious I couldn't stop taking more bites poutine to savory stacked sandwiches to the very warm and attentive owner and staff. Everything here was a delight and it's become an instant favorite of mine!
