The only thing redeemable about this experience was my server Todd, he was absolutely wonderful and an exceptional server. I hope he goes to a better place.
Now the food: The potato soup was just cheap cheese and almost no sign of anything else, my coleslaw was literally frozen, the spinach dip was bland and not cheesy enough. My salad had way too much dressing but he did offer to get me a new one. Overall it just feels like they are serving bland uncared for food.

Love coming here! They always have the friendliest staff and the bar tender Brandon is so good with people! Never fails to make his bar guests happy! The BEST bartender I've had the pleasure of being served by. Will come again!

A very disappointing lunch. My wife had the soup and sandwich special. Potato soup was Luke warm and baguette was crusty hard to where it was inedible. I ordered the chop steak ask for no onions but of course it arrived with onions. Manager replaced it. Smashed potatoes and gravy were also like warm. No quality control in the kitchen. Food is required to be held at 140 degrees. They are not adhering to that requirement.

It was awesome. I had the 12 oz. Sirloin and my wife got the surf and turf and my kids got chicken of course lol. The food was awesome. The service was unbeatable. I ordered a Michelob ultra tall boy and they made one extra and gave it to me for free. The waitress was very nice and very very helpful. My wife left her phone by accident and we had to go back and pick it up. They knew exactly who left it and put it up until we got back to get it. Just all around awesome place. Go check it out.

Hungry? Then avoid going here right now... as they've fallen off a cliff compared to the O'Charley's of just a few years ago.
My chicken tenders were WAY overcooked and completely inedible. The catfish was raw on half of each piece, because clearly one side was never submerged in the fryer and it wasn't flipped. The shrimp were also not quite done. None of that mattered though, because the fryer oil obviously has not been changed in days. (I worked in places like this for over 10 years, and that taste is unmistakable.) What exactly are y'all doing over there??? Whatever it is, it's definitely not cooking...
But that's not all: The rolls were cold and stale. The butter and sour cream for the baked potato were both crammed into the same plastic ramekin, melted together into some sort of foamy mess by the time I got it home. The steamed broccoli was cold and nearly raw. An entire disaster, all in one order.
But... the absolute worst part, and the reason I felt motivated to come write this review: Why did you all change the spicy jack cheese wedges?! Congrats on ruining a tasty, unique app by turning it into mediocrity... now they're just like every other trash chain's fried mozzarella, except they're triangles instead of sticks. *slow claps*
Are y'all ok over there? Or is your company just on autopilot at this point, taking folks' money while providing the bare minimum? Have you tried paying your employees enough to where they actually care about what they're doing? (Can't do that? Then shut your doors, like you've done elsewhere... and go away.)
