There is nothing sudden about this service, talk about a group of people that can not work together, no straws and you wait until they are done with their stories about New York. This store must take all the employees that could not make it at other stores or it’s horrible management.

Pal's is ALWAYS AMAZING!!
It cracks me up that they don't even have screens to look at, and can STILL get your order correct every time! These other restaurants need to take a note!!
BRAVO PAL'S & ALL EMPLOYEES!
...Except the few and far between unfriendly faces at the window that look like someone pulled them in there to work off the street, and forgot that THEY actually applied for that job...🤣
THOSE unfriendly faces need to be elsewhere, other than working with the direct faces of public.
I understand that all of us have a bad day here and there, but you leave home at home, and work at work. If you can't do that, then you need a job that doesn't work with the public...🤷🏼♀️
