Having lived in San Antonio, Texas for 10+ years, I have a pretty high expectation for some good Mexican food. That being said, I can confidently say that Paradiso is the BEST Mexican restaurant I have ever had, even being compared to the Texas restaurants. It is flabbergasting that you can get this high of quality this far north of the Mexico boarder. I am just driving through Fargo, but trust me...I WILL be back. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent experience.

We’ve been going to Fargo Paradiso for over 20 years now and it’s always great food and a wonderful treat for the entire family. We did a take-out during our most recent visit and it was quick and made our family so happy. Highly recommended for eat in or take out. Can’t wait to go back for more.

Free chips and salsa with Meals. Happy hour nacho bar and dollar tacos Great margaritas. Huge menu selection with most in the $10-20 range. Has a children's menu. Eclectic atmosphere that can be a bit loud in areas especially on weekends when it gets crowded in the evenings. Often a wait during the dinner rush. Seasonal outdoor seating and takeout is available.
