The food was tasty and came out correctly. The bread and oil before the meal was a nice starter. There are local dishes such as green chili Alfredo incorporating the green chilies that make the Hatch Valley famous. Definitely worth the stop. This is not a knock against the establishment but they, like so many other eateries around the nation, are short staffed so the wait time can be long, but they do try very hard to make the guest comfortable and feel cared for while you wait.

My partner and I came in on our travel through Roswell and had the best service ever. The Host/Server who greeted us when we came in was honest, funny, kind, and speedy with his service. We ordered the calamari and the lobster ravioli, and it was so good. I wish we lived closer because then we would definitely return! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

5 stars. The service was great and prices were great. The free bread was fantastic. The side Italian and side Caesar salads were exactly what was expected. For entree, I went out on a limb and got the New Mexican ravioli enchiladas. It was fantastic. The green chili sauce was the perfect amount of spice. The ravioli were perfect and the tuscan vegetables were a great compliment. My girlfriend got eggplant parm and she said it was perfect. If this place was in my hometown of Gilbert, AZ it would definitely be one of my favorite restaurants.
