Springfield-Style Cashew Chicken always on their buffet. Egg Drop soup is good. I've been going there over 20 years.

I had rated this restaurant a 4 star review however went to this restaurant on 2 different times approximately about 2 weeks apart and the food was cold on the buffet and when it was pointed out to the waiter and he was handed the cold chicken chunks and his response was "I think you should probably go somewhere else to eat!" He then started talking a foreign language to the older man and he yelled from the drive thru "You Leave Never Come Back!!!" I then VERY Rudely asked "Your Kicking Me Out BECAUSE YOUR FOOD IS NOT AT PROPER TEMPERATURE?!?!?" REPORTED TO B.B.B. AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO RESPOND..... ******THIS IS A FOOD HAZARD.... FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO BE TEMPTED AND DATED.... I BELIEVE PER HEALTH CODES!?!?!?******

A cockroach was floating in my son's drink when we were there on 6/24. Glad I saw it before he took a drink. We were pretty loyal customers but won't be back.
