Ordered a strawberry pie this morning. The girl said yes we have plenty. Told her I would be in to pick it up in a bit. I get there, I understand they are busy with being Father’s Day and Sunday. There are unhappy customers leaving due to waiting 2 hours and not being served yet. Should of been a sign. I continue to wait my turn only to be told by the first girl that there are no more pies. I explained that I called and ordered one and she asks the next girl that came up and she tells me that they only had 1 pie and other customers ordered slices so they had to serve them. So I guess even if you place an order it’s not guaranteed. I would call this very poor customer service.

It is a chain restaurant but the food wasn't bad. I got the grilled fish and shrimp. It was pretty good. The service was good as well. I would most likely go back.
