What can I say? Piedmont Bistro has the most beautiful cocktails? Yes, they do. Is all of their food downright delicious? I guess I could say that too. I feel like every time I come here, I'm left with a beautiful, sparkling memory. All of the appetizers are spectacular, and the dinner menu has a gorgeous salmon dish that's definitely worth a try. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and chill.

When trying to decide where to go for a nice steak dinner, my immediate thoughts are the big name steakhouses in Omaha. However, after dining at Piedmont Bistro, I'm convinced I can stay in Lincoln and get an amazing steak dinner! This was my first time dining here and my NY Strip was flavorful and cooked to perfection! Paired with mashed potatoes and asparagus, this was a top notch meal! Service was fantastic! Drinks were poured a little on the weak side for the price, but this place is phenomenal!

The greeters were kind of strange. But our waiter Dan was the man! I had the brioche french toast which was delicious. My friends had the eggs Benedict with salmon and that was also super yummy! I totally recommend this. It wasn't too expensive either.
