This place was an institution in our town for many years...until new owners/management came in and changed everything. We called our pizza in on phone and still waited over an hour after we arrived. The pizza is still pretty tasty, even though they changed recipes and toppings suppliers. But the staff was apathetic and uncaring. The tables had debris and filth on the floors underneath. When our pizza finally arrived, the server did not even offer us plates. We are really confused because we even tipped 20% when we paid upfront. Lastly, while the salad bar is decent for a lunchtime meal, they intentionally do not provide ranch dressing. It is still available, but only for customers who think to return to the cashier to ask for it. (Classic case of a business stepping over dollars to pick up pennies...) We've eaten here a handful of times since the new management came in. And we had similar experiences each time. We are just done at this point. This is probably still a good place to grab quality pizza to go. (Expect 2+ hour timeframe though.) But we will not be back for another dine-in experience. This is tragic, as we used to eat here all the time.
