Well on a Friday night, I expect it to be busy and everyone I observed was doing an excellent job working together, communicating well, and making great pizza. I miss the experience of eating at the restaurant instead of having to take my pizza home a few miles in the cold weather and put it in a warmed oven to keep it warm to eat. Open up the restaurant to in person eating would be ideal.
