I am aware that they were busy but the service was awful and we had to wait a long time for our pizza and didn’t get what we ordered. I have always been satisfied with our experience. Real disappointed this time.

We experienced the most amazing customer service at this Pizza Hut. The kindness and helpfulness of the waitress was phenomenal. We had a large group with a number of children. Rather than putting the pizza in the middle of our full table, she suggested she put it on the empty table in the neighboring booth. She then proceeded to help serve slices for each of the children. Such kindness and thoughtfulness. #customerservice
