Our family has always enjoyed the food from this establishment. Occasionally things are over-cooked or not made to request. However the last time I visited this establishment at least a month ago I was provided a total that was higher than what is CLEARLY listed on the online menu. So today when I went online, again the rate shown CLEARLY online is not the rate that is being charged. I understood the 1st time this happened, as they said rates had just changed. However, after a month the rate listed online should 100% be the rate that you are charged. Especially since there is not even any type of disclaimer stating that the rate may be subject to change. When I inquired about this issue I was given an odd look from 1 girl and another actually gave me very rude attitude stating that the man who is supposed to fix this online pricing has been out of town (which is exactly what I was told a month ago) then she proceeded (with attitude) to tell me well you can go to walmart & if the price is higher than whats labelled they charge you the higher price... however, I've worked for "Walmart" & know 1st hand that if a product (especially when multiple of that item is on the shelf) shows 1 price on the shelf but scans a different (higher) price they actually will give you the item for the rate that is LABELED .... NOT the rate that scans. I found the whole experience enough to make me not return to Pizza King for quite some time. DISAPPOINTED!!!
