Manager was pretty rude about the computer that gives your rewards being out of service

This place is great! The negative reviews I have seen are from entitled folks who don't realize what it takes to successfully run a buffet business. There will always be times when food is low, or the dining room is a little messy. The manager and staff do a really great job of restocking as quickly as is possible. They will make a pizza for you by request. Chicken takes a bit to cook if you dont want food poisoning. Our food has always been delicious and plentiful, but that is because we are patient and understanding.

The new manager is not doing his job very well. The place was dirty and the glasses where not clean very well. Plus they didn't have muck for Utensils and cups for the soup. Some of the food was not filled up. Empty tables were not cleaned off from plates and cups and plus was washed off. Looks like they are short handed or they have lost the feel of how to make the place is cleaned and ready to go. This around 1:30 pm and I would hate to be there when the dinner rush happens. I hope they can fix really soon and make a good place again.
