In all of our years coming to Porter's I have never had such TERRIBLE service as I have had today. From the being to end what a disaster. No mannerisms for those who seat you, and take care of your drinks! No knowledge of your products. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Once the food was dropped off, no follow up to how our food tasted, no refills offered, I asked another server to get refills. Maybe you need to evaluate who you have working for you!! Food was excellent!! The service ruined that.

Fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Incredible service! We watched the geyser then went into Porter's for lunch. The bar was unusually busy, as a large party had just ordered lunch. Nevertheless, our waitress Megan still gave us outstanding service and helped us make great selections- we shared nachos and a Black and Bleu burger, which were great. The food was delicious. Megan and another waitress, Mandy, checked on us to make sure our drinks were refreshed and everything was good. It is rare these days to get such great service. Thanks to Megan, Mandy and all the staff for a great experience!

This place and really good and loved it. There is one more thing this was the best American cuisine we ever tasted! If you do not know there is a geyser which erupts every hour and taller than old faithful right out the back door!
