Service is great, food is bad. Especially for the price, it’s not worth it. Yesterday we ordered the pizza of the day which was a spicy volcano pizza ($16). It was supposed to have bacon on it but this is what came out. Other than that, my husband thought it was fine. It was essentially a spicy pepperoni pizza. I got the “Grahmburger” ($18) which was actually pretty good. I enjoyed that. I miss the old Pounders menu, it was so much better

We made a reservation. We sat at exactly the time we reserved. The staff was great. Our waitress, Myra, was great with our kids. They even brought out some complimentary snacks for the kids. I have never seen a restaurant do that. I would recommend this place and will eat here again myself.

Made a reservation with OpenTable and was able to get seated right when we arrived at the restaurant. Very nice and clean restaurant. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. The food was nothing to write home about, it felt like very generic food that you can get from any major chain restaurant with a Hawaii theme sprinkled on top. Their housemaid drinks were pretty good. We were too full to try their dessert menu but it looked good on the displays.
