We had two tables. Two different waitresses. One table had a horrible waitress. She brought drink order appetizers and NEVER returned. This tables order never came. We ended up having to get all meals on this table to go.. Our other table had excellent service. She was very attentive and apologized numerous times for the lack of service on our other table. Our order was not right neither. Our nephew attends Troy and we looked forward to a great experience. So disappointed.

Best gas station steak I've ever had! Also probably one of the best overall steaks! Very awesome deal. Their cheeseburgers are also amazing. Fried cheesecake is fantastic. Waitresses are always the best.

Love the shrimp. Employees are very welcoming. Kitchen is pretty messy. Need to keep clean a little bit better.

My lunch was good. Ribeye Sandwich and sweet potato fries. But will I go back? Too go maybe. The restaurant was FILTHY. The table was not very clean (sticky), the floors had not been swept from other guests, neither had their plates and garbage. The menu I received looked like it had survived a war and the servers were not dressed well, holes in shirt and such looked like they just woke up. I was there around 12:30. It really made me wonder what the kitchen looked like.
UPDATE: I was there on Thursday, July, 15th. There was a person in the kitchen, not the man I have seen before. I am sure it was great on the day you mentioned, but it was not on the day I was there.

Best kept secret in Troy Ala! Food was AWESOME and so were the servers!! We are here from Illinois visiting family and until today best food we’ve had in town all week! We’ve been looking for local places(no chains we can do those at home) and the 3-4 places we tried all I can say is it filled the belly if not the taste buds! Wish we would have discovered this place sooner!! Next time we are down this way this will be a must stop!! Well done Preston’s!!

Stopped in after a map quest search, our party had beef tops, hamburger steak and chicken fingers with two sides each. Everything was delicious. Staff was great! We will definitely visit again.

Cheeseburger was fantastic, great taste smoked flavor. Fries had a seasoning on them that was made up by the owner. I was told, that was awesome! Service was great. We will be back.

Called in an order the person that took my order was polite and got my order correct. Pickup was simple and quick at the drive thru window. Good was ready when I arrived. Good job

May just be, one of Troys best kept secrets!! Do everyone a favor, get over the fact that the restaurant sits ridiculously close to the nearest gas station, go snag a table and order up a Ribeye. You’ll leave pleasantly surprised!
