Waited a ridiculously long time then dude tried to take our order before we even got drinks, not even water, placed drink order, waited even longer, finally got our food which was good but then the guy took a plate FULL of food while we were OBVIOUSLY in the process of scraping our leftovers into containers (that we had to go get ourselves because it was like 40 min between each visit from the waiter) we paid good money and he took an entire meal away without asking, we tried to call him back but he didn’t care. Worst service we’ve ever had here, insanely disappointing since we literally plan trips to town around being able to stop here. Will be sticking to Guadalajara’s from now on where it’s a friendly, caring, family environment with good prices, huge portions, amazing food and where we’re actually checked on more than once an hour.

The food was great but my friend and our kids came in an hour before they closed.. there were two big tables still eating when we got there. They looked irritated that we came in. They sat us in the back room which is fine, but our server was not happy clearly. I'm sure he was tired but like we ordered easy food, I was actually nervous to ask for a side of guacamole because I didn't wanna tick him off more than he already was... Anyways, just for the record: we left before those big tables even left, we tipped half of what the bill was. But other than that it is a really cute place and the food is spectacular!

Perhaps short staffed or overworked. I didn't see this restaurant facility being well taken care of. It appears to be a well used and popular location. During my visit there were only two wait staff and clearly had many tables to take care of. We did have to wait a while and ate an entire basket of chips before our order was taken. Food was decent. My party enjoyed the Steak Salad, which was well portioned. My chimi was disappointingly small. It was served unusually, I think with a thin queso, not smothered I'm used to. Kids menu is in the middle of the menu - took a bit to find highlighted in a corner. Overall, an average experience.
