Came here for lunch the other day + while the server was pleasant, but the food and overall service was really not good. Maybe I went into it with expectations, or ordering from the specials menu was a mistake, but I certainly didn’t enjoy the meal.
The Greek salad was lackluster with a mix-match of Americanized ingredients, and fell the most short with the croutons (?) that were more of those burnt bulk croutons rather than anything close to quality or homemade. Alongside large, unappetizing vegetables (cucumber + tomato) and the lack of any olive oil for dressing (just some ranch) made the salad displeasing.
The gyro as a main dish was the best aspect of the meal, with good portion sizes and overarching balance; yet it still had that same “processed” meat gyro greasiness and shape that even conflicted with the tzatziki. My worst choice off the menu were the eggplant fries which were even more greasy and overwhelming in taste and feel. These weren’t slowly air-fried, pan-fried or even well deep-fried as the eggplant was wilted and absorbed all of the oil. I’m not sure how the chefs battered the dish, but the frying method and overarching flavor felt lacking by itself and with its accompanied tomato sauce.
While my server was nice, the price of the meal seemed to go up tremendously from what I thought I was ordering. The gyro and Greek salad were supposed to go together and the fries extra, but the pricing was swapped, costing an extra $6 for a salad that wasn’t good nor sizable. Tossing on the tax, paying more than $20 for lunch, never mind one that was not good at all, was kinda the icing on the cake.
I imagine the food here is much better outside these options and that it’s possible the quality changes throughout the day, but my experience will certainly push me to avoid the restaurant moving forward.

Didn't realize what a hidden gem this place is. Great service, very good food with large portions at very reasonable prices. Good menu selections, something for everyone. Will definitely go back again.

We were a part of 7. We had a reservation and were quickly seated. The server took our drink order quickly but then took quite a while to return to get our food order although the place did not look full. The food was great. I mistakenly received rice instead of fries but the server took care of it immediately and the hot fresh fries came out soon after. The server forgot a request for a soda and it took a bit to get her attention to ask again. So overall: great food and drinks, reasonably priced. Service was good when the server was there but could be more attentive.

I love this place, it's tucked away and cozy, but also lively though not crazy. The food is really good and they put their own spin on it. – great beer selection, awesome seafood specials – and the eggplant fries make you feel like you're eating healthy despite what else is on your plate.

Cozy pub style atmosphere with an upscale pub menu. Friendly fun and attentive staff. Delicious specials, something for everyone menu, and fairly priced drinks.
Great cappuccino and deserts.
