You definitely need to stop and eat here. Although the restaurant is attached to a gas station the food is amazing. The service is awesome too. I stopped here at night and got their big rustic plate. There was so much food that I couldn't eat it all. The grits here are awesome, some of the best I've ever had.

After 10 to 15 minutes we got our menus. Finally they took our drinks order. 10 minutes later a waiter took our order. A couple came in after we did. The waiter took their order.. Before we knew it they got their meal. We had already been waiting a total of 45 minutes. The 4 staff at the front were just standing around talking. We could see dishes ready to be taken out to customers sitting at the kitchen counter. A cook in the back yelled "pick up please." Then two of the staff picked those plates and took them out to those customers who were waiting for their meal. Still nothing for us! All of them came in after we did! We decide that's it. We told the staff at the front to cancel our order, but we pay for our tea. We also told the staff at the front how poor the serve was. A lady in the back came out and said sorry, but they had a new cook but were now working on our order...!!! First impressions can make or break a business. We are from out of town. Not impressed at all.

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich to go. I got exactly what I ask for! They were so sweet and friendly!! Breanne? I believe was the young girls name she was so helpful and very attentive thank you to her for making my day great 👍
