Love this restaurant! My hubby & I tried this for dinner tonight, our first time there. Quaint little tavern in the quaint & quiet town of Leipsic. I personally think the prices are right, crab cakes were made with real chunks of crab meat. The garlic shrimp was also delicious! My first time trying hush puppies- they were great as well. Their signature drink, the Candied Crab was also great. We sat at a smaller table situated with views of the river. The portions were perfect, we each emptied our plate and left very full. Perfect spot for a quiet date night. Amazing selection of food and drink. We will definitely be back to this establishment!

Well, this place is known for their crabs but everything else is amazing too: Crab bisque- creamy and full of goodness✔️, lightly breaded fried oysters-beautiful✔️, crab cake- all crab, all yum✔️, and all the sides are great too: crispy onion rings, potato salad, Cole slaw and hush puppies- definitely all homemade and delicious. Quick and friendly service. Perfect stop before heading home after bird watching at Bombay Hook. 100% recommended.

The owner and staff were wonderful, pleasant, shared a lot of info. Showed us a live blue crab! We live to eat, and eat well we did. Split broiled crab cake and shrimp, sides. (Right amout of food, no leftovers for travelers.) No reservation but luckily they had a table on the side. So happy we stopped.
