I found hair and my happy chicken and shrimp, so I decided to call to let the manager know, "he replied take a picture of it." I think this was a very inconsiderate response on his part. However, I replied, I will just bring it back, but the crazy thing about it is when he look at the hair in the food he replied, "it happens." I know thing like this happens but he could at least act like he care a little. The Santafe Bar & Grill need a better attitude with there customers services, period. Oh, I forgot. Once they did the order over it look like they had just took the old return food and warm it up and gave it back.

We came in and didn't have to wait to be seated. All the staff were the nicest people. They made sure we had everything. They were patience. Reasonable prices. Very clean environment. Great food. One of the best I've ate at in awhile. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Don't go for lunch! Seating is at at snails pace! Menu us overwhelming! It's not your variety plate presentation you'll expect. Placement and garnish are elementary. However someone sought just slap it on is good enough. Language barrier is another challenge am sure not many Canton's work force is fluent in the language of Spain!Spanish well bring your Tia(aunt) Tio(,uncle)mia(daughter)mio(son) lastly Mio Dio(,my God) as you wait and wait to pay the bill your lunch hour is extremely passed you may need taco bell for your saving your gainful employment.

We stopped in for a quick bite. Service was good. Their menu is way too big. It said this was an American food restaurant, but they had a lot of Mexican food too. I was happy about that. But it’s just too many choices. Lol.
The food itself was decent. I liked the Mexican food for sure but again, wish they would pick one side and focus. Or split into two restaurants. So we could get better quality of either type of food.
