Food is really good and the green Chile chili is amazing. Customer service at this location is horrible. They are terse and act like they’re too cool to be nice. Never do call ahead, they won’t start your order until you arrive to pick it up, this has happened to me all 3 times I did call ahead.

Service is terrible ! Manager at night is worse !! I placed my order over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes. That's fine, but when I arrive I had to wait an hour. The manager would not even talk to me. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I could leave my phone number. No !
The staff also needs to realize that white people can and do speak Spanish, we also understand it. Just rude and immature banter from the staff.

Very friendly! This is counter service and the staff was pretty knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. I have an onion allergy and my companion is vegetarian, so without being jerks, we needed the info. Three people ended up helping us and each was eager to make sure we got our needs met. The food was also very good and modestly priced.

I am not sure how so many people love Santiago's as much as they claim to. The food is okay, it has no flavor unless it's swimming in their sauce. The food is never hot, it is barely warm most of the time. And you never know what portions you'll get, one time it'll be a huge serving and more than you can eat and the next it is not even half of what it was the last visit. A couple of nice things is they always get the orders correct and the service is quick.

It’s good customer service to acknowledge someone at the counter when they are there to pick up an order. It was so extremely awkward while I was there for a pick up I don’t think we’ll be coming back here! The young woman with long dark hair finally came over after staring at me after I said hello and when I said my name she gave me a look turned around and said something to her co worker, they both laughed and she walked away without saying a word to me lol I was also extremely friendly and we left them a tip so I’m just assuming she has some sort of teenager attitude—who knows! The lady with a hat and earpiece was very friendly and held the door open for me. Otherwise yikes! We will go somewhere else!
