Food is really good and the green Chile chili is amazing. Customer service at this location is horrible. They are terse and act like they’re too cool to be nice. Never do call ahead, they won’t start your order until you arrive to pick it up, this has happened to me all 3 times I did call ahead.

Service is terrible ! Manager at night is worse !! I placed my order over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes. That's fine, but when I arrive I had to wait an hour. The manager would not even talk to me. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I could leave my phone number. No ! The staff also needs to realize that white people can and do speak Spanish, we also understand it. Just rude and immature banter from the staff.

Very friendly! This is counter service and the staff was pretty knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. I have an onion allergy and my companion is vegetarian, so without being jerks, we needed the info. Three people ended up helping us and each was eager to make sure we got our needs met. The food was also very good and modestly priced.
