Sebastian's was mediocre at best. The drinks were good and the server was very pleasant. My wife had some concoction with pasta, chicken, mushrooms and asparagus. It was served in a very heavy gravy, which didn't do much for the taste. I had medium rare prime rib that was very dry in the middle. Both meals were served with a wilted garnish that was brown on the edges. And the salad tasted like there was something stale and old in it. I think it was the croutons. I've heard folks rave about.this place. I certainly don't know why.

The bartender was not friendly and made the worst old fashioned. This place should be ashamed for not making an old fashioned correctly. Literally put bitters and grenadine on top of ice and then the alcohol. Didn't muddle or even give me fruit.
The "garlic mashed potatoes" don't even try. They were dry and you could tell they were made with garlic powder. Not even sure they were real potatoes.
The only good thing about our night out was our server Trisha. She was a sweetheart and very efficient.

We all had great sirloin had it was. Cooked perfect. The taste was good and the price was fair. They definitely know how to make a steak and baked potato and do it well. We had a young man that was new it seemed, but did a nice job. He was attentive and pleasant. Not everyone there was as cordial as Zach, but we enjoyed our meal. I would go back some time when we are in the area.

Everything was great except for the food. Friendly staff and timely service. No attention was paid to how our 4 steaks were cooked. (Mostly undercooked). One steak we ordered medium well and it was overdone on the outside to the point where it was hard, and bright red on the inside. I’m not sure how you overcook a baked potato but these guys did it… completely dry. Just not impressed for the $150 bill, hopefully it was just an off night.

Great food ...if you order the combo platter, you better be serious...it's HUGE....followed it with an amazing NY Strip cooked to perfection with steamed...NOT mushy... cauliflower and a cup of their cheesey ham potato soup...very tasty soup and the cheese bread that came with the meal was great too. Had a great four cups of coffee with the meal...it was hot, fresh, and very good. All in all I'm very glad I went there. Two adults, two steak dinners, the HUGE combo platter, a soda and coffee, and the bill was only $72
