I visited this summer with my wife, and we had an unforgettable night there. The service was impeccable -- the food was next level. Every dish we tried had a complexity and balance of flavors that is just impossible for the best of home cooks to deliver. (Most professional kitchens can't match it either). I was especially impressed by the duck rillete, sweatbreads, and watermelon sorbet. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh right now, and I look forward to returning when I am in town next.
