Skull Creek Boathouse Reviews Hilton Head Island SC
Reviews of Skull Creek Boathouse Hilton Head Island SC

One of the most popular spots on the island to eat, period. Please note that no matter the day, get there by 5 or you will be waiting an hour to eat. It’s that packed. Second thing; it’s pricey, because it’s seafood. However, everything is fresh and prepared well. Some recommendations are the fried pickles for starters, and then the fried catfish sandwich, New Orleans jambalaya, Cajun chicken pasta, or any of the samplers for your meal. Staff is well managed and professional; we really enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

Wonderful experience.
Hostess said 90 minute wait so we got a pitcher of libations and sat outside on a warm evening.
Our table was ready in an hour.
Lots of choices and everyone loved it. From the gluten free pasta, rice noodles, to the perfectly seared scallops. Maybe the best crab cake I have ever had.

Decided to bop over to Skull Creek Boathouse for some drinks while we waited for our reservations at Hudson's. Drinks were strong and good. Nice atmosphere while drinking at the bar. Perfect way to pass some time. We even came back after dinner for more drinks. Highly recommend the Rum Runner!

My husband and I have eaten here numerous times. Every time we’ve had quality great tasting food and excellent service. The place runs like clock work and the staff works well together. I see staff laughing, having fun and still providing great service! Our server today was Molli, she was phenomenal and delightful. Thank you for ANOTHER great experience!!!
