My husband, sister, brother and I surprised our dad on Father’s Day weekend and went to this place for lunch on a whim. I’m picky about bbq, and these guys went above and beyond with how pleasantly delicious the food is! The portion size was great, so much so I couldn’t finish mine! I had the catfish platter, and it was so amazing for only $8.99! The sweet tea was done right, it was strong and sweet enough to appreciate the actual tea taste, squeeze a little bit of lemon and it was perfect for the hot summer day out! We were all purring the time we left, will definitely come back to this place! I would recommend this to anyone!

Today was our first time visiting,and we loved it! Food was wonderful and well priced,and Tanner and Lily were great! They answered all our questions, kept up on our drinks and were just a pleasure to talk with. We'll definitely be back!

Sadly we were the only three people in the entire restaurant, the staff were perfect, the food was absolutely fine, my baked potato and okra were out of this world, just no customers. I feel so sorry for small businesses that know what they’re doing but just can’t garner customers. Come on Mineral Wells support this restaurant or it will go by the wayside like the old historic hotel.
