Been buying sandwiches weekly for 6 months; They are pretty good. I was told my first visit I could order anything off the condiment list for the price of the sandwich which is what I have been doing including both a slice of American and a slice of Swiss! Today they mentioned they were charging me extra for extra cheese. I told them I didn't order any extra cheese. They became very irate and huffy to which I reacted kindly that I was ordering as I had been advised when I first came; and that I didn't want both American and Swiss if I was being charged extra.. One lady became very hostile to which I responded to her poor customer service skills in a like manner. Very disappointing as I had previously enjoyed their sandwiches and the lady who usually waits on me who wasn't there today.

Our first visit and it won't be our last! Everything was top-notch. We had the BLT and it was so good and so fresh. They bake the bread for sandwiches themselves and it's so soft. The restaurant; as well as, the restrooms were extremely clean! The ladies were all very kind and friendly even though it's close to closing time.
