This place is great! Very well decorated, good food, simple and classic menu with decent prices to top it all off. Very quick and polite servers. I'll definitely be back again. (Edit) I've been back a half dozen times since my first visit, everything I try here is always great. Mac & Jack's African Amber ale with some coconut shrimp most recently. Entree came with a super fresh salad, choice of potatoes, and a veggie. Also had a scone with honey butter and tried the banana cheesecake for dessert. It was all delicious. Anyone who doesn't think this is the best restaurant in Mtn Home is crazy.

Meh. We won't be back. Service was slow. It took almost 15 minutes for the waitstaff to even "acknowledge" that we were sitting there after we were seated. The food was average - at best. I had the fried fish.....which was supposed to be 3 pieces, but was only two skimpy - overcooked! - pieces of fish and one fried piece of batter that "looked like" fish! There's NO excuse for overcooked fish to go to a customer's table. None. The "kitchen" had to know. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she was nonplussed and only said "I'll mention it to the kitchen"... that's it! Seriously? What would have impressed me would have been "I'm so sorry..... let me get you another piece of fish" or "I'm so sorry - I'll adjust your bill" or "I'm so sorry - can I get you and your wife a free dessert?"...... anything to acknowledge that they provided a poor customer experience.....and were willing to make up for it. *sigh* There are too many good restaurants that want customers to spend there time - and hard earned money - in, instead of places that prove - through their poor quality food and actions - that they - just. don't. care.

Many gluten free options. The servers have been very helpful to provide information on which items can be made gluten free. We are moving to Mountain Mountain Home and we enjoy many meals here
