Yesterday I decided to visit Subway store # 43391-0 . It is off of Highway I-25 and Highway 52. The store was clean and food was fresh. The person who served me was an excellent server.
I have been a secret shopper for over 20 years. This Young man named Davyn Walker was extremely polite, 5 star 🌟on his customer service. He made my sandwich to perfection. 🥰 I am very happy I chose that restaurant. I truly believe when somebody goes above and beyond to make your day special it needs to be recognized. This young man is off to a great start as an employee and should be recognized for it.

Does not stay open the hours posted showed up to a manager sitting on the counter with a closed store before closing and denying us food service during hours of operation. Drove clear across town to support your company and you treat us like this. Well finally we took our money elsewhere and won't be back don't won't to waste another trip for rude actions and not keeping up with your posted and advertised times. It's Friday she wants to party so she lost y'all money closing down early during hours of operation not a manager I would have running my stores costing me money turning away paying customer for there personal reasons and I would like to know who gave permission for her to shut down before time and refuse us food and service. Friendly staff food was good and fresh ingredients. Improved since last time I visited.

There is one young lady there that I feel incredibly bad for, it seems like no one but one girl knows what's going on there, 3 people standing at the register just staring at it until the only girl who has any idea as to how to have a job comes overs and fixed it in seconds, the same 3 people deciding that it was a great time to have a pow-wow despite the line that (once again) the ONE GIRL who was doing her job was clearly starting to struggle with.
