Food was pretty standard, but the service was terrible. The "sandwich artist", Lauren, couldn't be bothered to acknowledge that I had entered the store (only one other customer in at the time), couldn't give a polite "one second" while washing her hands, then acted like my order was the single greatest inconvenience she's ever suffered. I'd hate to be any customer that has to deal with such an unprofessional, rude jerk, let alone a coworker or manager. Next time, I'll either think ahead and stop at the Pflaum Rd location or visit the competition (which is closer to me, sells better food, and doesn't seem to hire snotty overgrown children for customer service positions).
