Does not accept coupons. But you don't know that until the end, when you're about to pay. There is a small unnoticeable sign, which should be known prior to ordering. If I was hungry I would have said keep that damn sandwich. Ended up paying $12 for just a sandwich when I had a coupon for $7.99. location was clean with a very warm dining area. Lettuce looked a little old but other veggies were okay.

I visited around 4:40 pm on 12/18/2021. There was a very polite, well spoken, young man working. I think he was new because I've never seen him before. Normally when you go to most fast food places, the workers are just trying to get through their shift. I get it. It's just a job. But it's a nice change of pace when a worker seems to be appreciative of your patronage which this young man seemed to be. For once I didn't have to strain to understand what someone was asking. By the way, my meatball sandwich was great!

On April 13th 2022 Someone hacked the Subway app and used my bank cards to purchase sandwiches from this location from delivery. I immediately received notification to my email that sandwiches were ordered. This was at 2:38pm PST as I am in California.
I called right away and spoke with an employee who claimed her name was “Nadia”. I explained the situation to her and I asked her to cancel the order. She refused to cancel the order and was extremely rude towards me have zero empathy. She told me it wasn’t their problem and to contact DoorDash.
Why would I need to contact DoorDash if this hacker is using their Subway app to order the food. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the manager wasn’t there. “Nadia” had the most disrespectful attitude and didn’t even take down my information for a resolution with the manager.
My whole world gets flipped upside down because subway has terrible security on their app and the worse customer service. It is a major inconvenience to have cancel bank cards and causes so much stress.
If subway doesn’t offer a resolution I will be consulting my attorney.

some of the sides like the lettuce and black olives looked old, alittle while after buying the sub i decided to throw it away because i didnt want food poison, thats $11.00 ill never get back
