A very cool location with great parking. Very busy. Quick service. We each had a 12" pizza, each with 2 different styles. So we had a sample of 8 different styles. The winner was the chicken Alfredo...but all were very good.

Had the Pizza Boat because how can you pass up a Pizza "Boat". It was a pizza in a bowl with no crust at all. It was delicious and was exactly what I was looking for since I'm trying to cut down on carbs. I did have a slice of my friends' normal pizza and that was delicious too. We sat out in the "outdoor" seating area. It was actually indoor with the sliding windows open and had a beautiful view of the pond and prairie. Looks like there is an actual outdoor seating area but there was nothing setup yet. The indoor seating was nice and airy and provided shade against the bright sun.

Sugar River is an excellent restaurant to eat and work!!! All of the food is delicious and I've not eaten anything I do not like ever... On top of that the 48 drafts are super popular and we run happy hour Monday thru Friday 2:30 to 5:30 and that gives you $2 off your beer and appetizers are half off... Come stop in and visit us for a great time!!!

This was our first time visiting this new location in Sun Prairie. It's a beautiful building and very clean on the inside. The service was great, along with the beer selection, but the food is definitely lacking. We got two pizzas and the goat cheese with marinara app. There was too much sauce on both pizza's to the point the ingredients on top of the pizza fell off on your first bite. The goat cheese with marinara app was nothing like the one I had at the Verona location. I was really excited to have it again, until I realized all they did is sprinkle goat cheese on top of the sauce, which was totally different from the last time I tried it. When having it at the Verona location it was a nice portion of warm goat cheese in the middle of the plate with marinara surrounding the cheese, which had much more flavor. If your going to grow as a company and open up new locations, please keep the consistency the exact same. With that being said... There is always room for improvement, so I will be back again in the future to give it another shot.

The pizzas and salad were very good but the appetizer we ordered came after the main food and wasn't very special (fried ravioli) We suspect the app order wasn't placed. Second beer came about 15 minutes after we were asked if we wanted another. This was just one Spotted Cow. Server was friendly enough but follow through lacked. Again, Pizza & Salad were delicious.
