We sat and ate at the bar with mediocre service! Our bartender seem more busy with some kind of paperwork then taking care of us. I will say the prime rib was excellent, cooked just the way I like it, which is rare and our waitress was wonderful! If we had better bar service I would have given a four-star!!

We stopped in the best Western hotel next door for 3 nights. I wish it had have been more after eating and drinking In here.
We ate here every night and had a great laugh with jenny who was so accommodating.
Great food ( gotta love that home made soup!!!) And lovely drinks.
The tanquerrays and tonics were just the best and the local spotted cow beer is lovely.
The restaurant is beautiful, clean and the service is second to none. Food is exceptional with a good menu.
We will be back in the USA at this location working again soon and for longer, so I am really looking forward to it because we'll be crashing in here again for more great nights.

Amazing! My brother-in-law and I are particular when it comes to steak. Suzy's was one of the best we've had. He even said he would fly up from Orlando just to go to Suzy's. I had the steak Oscar. The filet was cooked perfectly medium-rare. My brother-in-law had steak and lobster. The lobster could have been a complete meal on its own. His steak was also done to perfection. I highly recommend Suzy's and will be back whenever I am near Portage.

I will never be going back. We were rushed by our waitress to order our food so we 'wouldn't get stuck waiting for a large group'. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if the server would have given us a heads up. But with 2 under 2 it quickly turned into a bit of a nightmare. The food was subpar from previous experiences and sadly that was the breaking point. I hate to bash places but if I could give it 0 stars I would in a heartbeat.
