I have never had such terrible service before. I ordered at 9PM and they showed they were preparing my order and to head to the store. When I get there, the whole building was dark with cars in the parking lot. I checked Google hours and it showed they closed at 10pm. I saw people inside, so i went to the window and after waiting 20 minutes (with cars behind me), an employee came to the window and said I had to cancel my order. I told him I didn’t create the order on the app and only used the website. He said well there’s no point to drop the meat because they close in less than an hour and closed the window. I’m currently out $30, so I call and ask for the Manager the very next morning. She said, “Well we were closed because we’re short staff and that I would have to call customer service.” I said they should of had a sign, canceled the order, or update their Google hours. She proceeded to tell me well, it’s not like I can just give you money put of the cash register so I’m not sure what your want me to do. This is not the first complaint about them closing early and now I’m just out $30 with no refund.

Rustic Timbers

I rarely leave any review for anything. This happens to be the dirtiest most unorganized. Taco Bell I've ever been in. I understand help is hard to get now days. But we stood at the counter for 10 min till someone said you have to use the self ordering kiosk. Mean while a homeless guy came I. They gave him food for free and nowhere guy came in with pocket change and got free large iced coffee. I listen to the manager tell a man we all get board when thier not busy and hang out by the door outside chatting... when the place needs cleaning. There were no napkins at the self service bar. 3 people mentioned that in the 40 minutes we were there. The highchair was so filthy you wouldn't let a dog use it. Where are these owners keeping these places in check. IT WAS JUST GROSS!!!! We won't even talk about half filled Taco s and no mild Taco sauce.

Workers were actually not too bad this time...food was decent and self order kiosk worked well. Explicit rap music the youthful staff was playing was an interesting surprise. 😆🤫
