Extremely slow at lunch. You HAVE to use the kiosk to order. No orders taken at the counter. Employees are nice, they just can not handle even a small walk in crowd due to filling delivery and other mobile orders. 20 minute wait plus.

Needed a quick meal, thought I would try something new. Got the Steak Craving box which came with lots of food but flavor was lacking even after adding hot sauce, maybe just my taste buds late at night. They had self check out screens at counter to help move things along. The cashier was very nice and after being served at the table, another employee asked if we needed anything else. It was nice to get that kind of service for a Taco 🌮 Bell.
