My wife and I had been hanging on to a gift certificate for the Tavern for years now and suddenly found a gap in our schedules that this filled. The Tavern has a small town feel to it. Once you go inside, you feel like you're in a place where you belong. You almost expect Norm to come walking through the door and you yelling out his name. The food was excellent! I had the wedge salad which was enormous and delicious as did my wife. Next I had the pierogi and it was out of this world. Drinks were served quickly and the food was excellent and well priced. Would definitely recommend as a little hidden gem in Exeter that should be visited. The owner was gracious and great to talk to and I look forward to going there again.
