My first time and I wasn't sure what to order. I'm giving 5 stars because I really enjoyed the food, but since it was my first time I had a lot of questions that the person behind the counter couldn't answer. Basic questions about the product that this person was selling me. I'm 50 years old and been in the hospitality industry my whole life, and in my humble opinion I think they need better training. When I work in a restaurant I like to try as many of the dishes as possible, so I can describe them to the guests and so I can answer any questions that they may have. This was not the case.
But the food was awesome!

The rice was perfect, the chicken was well cooked and flavorful, and the broccoli was steamed just right. I thought there was a good amount of sauce to food ratio in that I was able to get some in almost every bite but I also got quite a bit of plain white rice too.

They dont take orders over the phone. Odd...but okay. So I drive down there, they were out of everything if I wanted anything it would be a 30 min wait. This place is a dump.

Food was good but the bowl was light on the base, cabbage (inexpensive product) and they only have Pepsi products to drink....yuck! The staff was friendly and personable and are the biggest reason for the positive experience.

Food is decent, but always takes at least 10 minutes to prepare, even when they are not busy. Prices are also higher than I'd like. Still looking for a good Asian place in Carbon Valley. This one isn't it.
